A new report from the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) details progress the group has made on its five strategic goals. The "2024 Highlights Report: Progress at the Midpoint of ACCME's 2022-2026 Strategic Plan" shows the organization has strengthened its partnerships and streamlined its accreditation processes, fostered collaborative networks in the United States and around the world, advanced excellence in accredited CME, and honed its focus on collaboration, including data-sharing initiatives with certifying and licensing boards and increased interprofessional accreditation opportunities. "These efforts enable providers to deliver impactful education that advances the quality of care while supporting professional growth for clinicians and educators alike," said Graham McMahon, MD, MMSC, president and CEO of ACCME.
