The self-paced learning program that blends NAHQ's expertise in defining healthcare quality competencies and workforce credentialing with the Joint Commission's deep regulatory and accreditation knowledge to help professionals strengthen continuous survey readiness and compliance. The program teaches participants how to identify relevant regulations and accreditation standards, navigate every phase of the survey process, and build sustainable corrective action plans. Participants will learn from scenario-based case studies, practical tools, and real-world examples across five modules. Leaders from both organizations emphasize that the micro-credential addresses the growing need for professionals who can confidently manage evolving regulatory demands and support high-quality, safe patient care.
