The Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education recently held its first Healthcare Continuing Education Professionals Day. The event, held on January 24, 2025, was in launched collaboration with founding members, the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education, Alliance for Continuing Education in the Health Professions, the American Nurses Credentialing Center, Association for Hospital Medical Education, Joint Accreditation for Interprofessional Continuing Education, and the Society for Academic Continuing Medical Education. For the first annual day of recognition for healthcare continuing education professionals, accredited providers discussed the value of accredited CME and recognized their teams on social media.
