New JA-PARS Is Now Live

Joint Accreditation for Interprofessional Continuing Education's (IPCE) updated Joint Accreditation Program and Activity Reporting System (JA-PARS) has gone live. The group has posted a video tour that details PARS, whose functionality and features are identical to those in JA-PARS. How-to videos are available through a Vimeo-based PARS channel, covering manual addition of activities in JA-PARS, including those registered for maintenance of certification or risk evaluation and mitigation strategy. Live weekly webinars are also available through JA-PARS. The new CME Passport displays any continuing medical education activities offering American Medical Association Physician's Recognition Award Category 1 or IPCE credit that providers opt to include, with expanded search functions. "Physicians can create a personalized account to track and manage their CME," the posting says.
